Had such a great experience here! The vibe was super chill and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Elizabeth helped me out, and she was great! Super friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. She made some great recommendations that ended up being exactly what I was looking for.

Title: Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience Review: My husband visited this dispensary for the first time to look for pain‑relief cream. We are new to THC products and were hoping for guidance. Unfortunately, the experience was very negative from the moment he walked in. I called. And a young woman answered the phone. She was condescending and unhelpful when I asked what types of pain products they carried. When I asked if my husband could speak with me over the phone while he was inside, she stated no because she didn't know if I was 18. Then she proceeded to say we cant have cell phones because of photos and videos? Wierd because the photos from the dispensary are on the website. And so I begin to ask her about the products.She was very rude and dismissive, and did not want to help me. After hanging up the phone with her, I did say she was rude because she was. She later told my husband she could not sell to him, and her tone and behavior came across as discriminatory and dismissive. A police officer inside also told us we could not speak on the phone due to a “federal rule,” which was confusing and did not make sense given that dispensaries are not federal facilities. He left feeling disrespected and unsupported. As first‑time customers seeking pain relief, we expected basic courtesy and professionalism. We did not receive either. Because of this experience, we will not return and cannot recommend this dispensary. There are many other dispensaries in Denver that treat customers with far more respect.

Purchased Kaviar pre roll for friends birthday. Product was either defective or just not good. Called an complained the next day and they said they'll give me 10% off my next visit. $30 for Kaviar and thats the best they can do. Unless you're purchasing cheap pre rolls here not recommended.

Tamara was great! She was so friendly with my friends and I and gave all of us a good laugh. She was super knowledgeable and helped us get the best deal on what we were looking for by mentioning all the sales going on. Thanks for being so great! She solidified why this is my favorite place to shop :)

What can I say about Rob, He is never pushy always informative and just an all around great guy. He has the best personality to do this job. His knowledge on the products are top notch and his recommendations are never wrong as to what I would like. I will be back and I will be looking for Rob behind the counter. 🤩 My one stop head shop.

Best dispensary experience ever!! From security, to staff, to all products and knowledge!! Got into town late, they accommodated and guided us with the best products from vapes, flowers, and edibles. Made the mistake of browsing at other spots in town the next day, but happily made our way back!!

Any time i walk in and see OJ behind the counter i know ima be taken care of! Not that the rest of the staff isn’t helpful but my dude always takes care of me with good deals and fire flavors. Come check em out!

AJ & OJ HAVE BEEN THE BEST BUD TENDERS IVE DEALT WITH since recently relocating to the 80239-49 area. Security lady is welcoming as well. I really like how these 2 bud tenders give you every option in the building thats to your liking and its done efficiently so you aren't there forever. Good job staff

I came through visiting from Portland and had the best experience thanks to Ryan & AJ. Ryan especially went out of his way to make sure I left happy and ready for 420— real one for that.
