I started off at Hazel Sky buying vapes, gummies, other products as gifts for friends or coworkers. I ended up just passing by and saw Mr.Smoke and it was a holiday everything was pretty much closed. But they were open and customer service was and has been Above and Beyond where new products come I have learned a lot from Justin who was working the 1st day I went in to now knowing he manages but makes sure the other employees if they don’t know he teaches them like Karen who has helped me a few times and they are out of which ones I like and What I want out of the vape will give me one that is similar until they get restocked which Justin is very on point about and asks for feedback on new products customers try not just myself and will not just try and sell something to make a sale. He cares about customer service and that we walk out if we buy or not and I have yet to see a customer not buy even if what they want isn’t in stock. Justin goes above and beyond to even new products to enter them in because I or another will want to try. Very Friendly, Knowledgeable, Caring and prompt Customer Service Starting from Justin and the other Staff members! You CAN’T price match their prices with all the other vape shops I’ve been to that the products come and go just as fast as they came in stock and if I end up having to go to another shop because of my area or out of town and they may have a new product that I’ve told Justin or another staff member to let Justin know and he cares what the customers want and what is selling quick and it’s not crappy or stops working or leaks or the flavor is not what is supposed to be in the vapes where they order from is very good quality and I can’t say anything bad about either store products or employees! Justin doesn’t just hire anyone and if they don’t know Justin knows and they learn about the products and terms. Like Karen helping me because what I wanted out of stock that quick and a shipment came in and Justin ended up showing up towards the end and Karen got me what I wanted from the shipment that ended up showing up! Good Customer Service is hard to come by nowadays everywhere in every field and this place even when I’m having a tough day they even make it a little better by the care and kindness and respect they give show and have for each Customer and have even talked and made positive comments, statements or conversation and always leave happier than sometimes I’ve walked in with things in my life may be hard or stressful or just a bad day and Especially Justin as well Karen and some who don’t work there any longer. Amazing in all aspects with Mr.Smoke Store and management and employees customer service is beyond Amazing and so appreciated!!!!
