I've only visited the store one time and that was over a year ago which I had an exceptional customer service. However, I was in the area yesterday so I decided to stop in. I was just reading the specials and the different things on the walls. It was a little different than when I came only a year ago. Instead of approaching me or greeting me, the lady from the back yelled across the building that I needed to get in a different line. Her energy was so negative. I literally turned around and walked out! I will never return to this location. I felt like I was scolded and your company doesn't deserve my business with hateful employees

One of my favorite dispensaries and a lot of it is because of Dalton. She’s always super friendly, knowledgeable and even has some good video game suggestions! Everyone there is personable and seem like they enjoy what they do. Products are top tier especially the carts. I’ll be back soon for sure.

Joshua helped me while this was my first visit at MUV Jacksonville Beach. Joshua was upbeat and had a friendly attitude. He was very knowledgeable about the names of the different strains and what the effects would be. I was very happy with my visit and the friendliness of the staff.
