I didn’t at first realize that NOA was a dispensary, very cool design and it’s neatly situated next to a pizza joint. Bonus thus far, the interior is very clean and well maintained constantly. The products that are sold here are the highest quality on the Island. The staff is professional and
well versed in their jobs. I absolutely love. I shop other places only for curiosity or convenience. My
Home place is NOA.

My go to spot. Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating how they can. Knowledgeable staff also. Love all the terp flavors. Only NOA has such a selection of flavors. Shop around and you'll see for yourself what I mean. Various locations so you can pick one of your choosing.
