It's very disappointing to see that Panacea is prioritizing Rec sales over Medical, which is what gave them their customer base and great reviews. I logged in tonight to see only TWO strains of their house brand flower (Nature's Heritage) on the Med page, meanwhile the Rec sales site has TEN variants, including one with that has been my regular order for a couple of years now. What the hell, man. Med patients have to order on the Rec site and then call and have someone recalculate an order, otherwise go in person. I can't imagine the staff there loves this any more than I do.

All the Staff I've interacted with are courteous, helpful, kind and professional.
The dispensary is very clean, well lit and easily accessible.
Chris Russell is EXCEPTIONAL at what he does. His customer service, knowledge, care, concern, professionalism and attitude is the reason I keep coming back!! He takes time with every patient, asks questions and makes recommendations based on my needs.
