Smoke Depot TACOMA

My partner tried to call the smoke shop to get help with finding something and the person who answered put her on hold for more than 5 minutes. I tried to return the call after she hung up then the phone number provided on the website goes straight to voicemail. I have tried to call the number provided on Google and on the website and all calls are going straight to voicemail during business hours...

At first, I loved coming here, but now I have a collection of weak torches I can't return, bangers that broke after one session, and a sad bank account. I know it's not the team's fault, but there needs to be either better inventory or a better return policy.

Aside from that, the customer service is solid.
