Absolutely terrible customer service from the young women who works there. Rude, not informed about the vape products she sells, and does not know how to use a cash register.
Its obvious she either needs to be re-trained if somewhat new or let go, as she has no idea what's she's doing and giving the store a bad first impression to potential new returning customers.

I needed to purchase the glass cylinder for my ttank as it recently broke. I told her what mod I had and brought in a coil to measure the length so I could match the part I needed. At first she refused to show me anything because I didn't bring in my entire mod plus tank and would have to come back with it. I told her I live 15 min away and would like to see the various glass cylinders they do sell so that I could match it with the length of my coil. To which she snapped back "We don't do returns if you get it wrong". Unbelievable.

I took my chance and bought the part but when cashing out, the women didn't offer me a receipt (obviously so that the store could give me a reason for denying the return). When I asked for the receipt, she gave me a annoyed look and said "We don't do receipts here". I told her I needed it for personal tax reasons and she faked pushing some buttons on the cash register before giving up and telling me someone had broke it. A++ employee right there.

I would avoid this place if you have any other options.
