Horrible customer service on both ends of the store and they don’t greet, they don’t do returns/exchanges on items that are not even 100% authentic merchandise. Called and went to the store just for the store manager to try and offer me a lousy 10% off the same item that was fake. Which was a pathetic attempt to get me off the phone vs rectify the situation as store management should. both SM and Assistant SM need to be retrained and I would like DM to oversee it. A $25 product wasted.

These people are the absolute best I've come across. They have really great prices for B&M compared to internet so I never feel burdened by the price difference to support local. Also, keep your receipts to get that wonderful 10% discount! I'll have to keep making trips over here once i move to richardson cause they are just That Good.
