I tried getting a vape pen. It did not work so I thought maybe I had to charge it. Went home charged it and tried again. Still did not work. Broken defective equipment.. I went to the store the next day and they said that they couldn't authorize a refund but to "call the rock hill store because that's where the manager works that can authorize it" called that store for them to tell me they cannot offer a refund because it wasn't the same day... WILL NOT REFUND FOR MERCHANDISE THAT NEVER WORKED! the manager asked for my phone number and last name to see If I had an account with them but since I did not they immediately told me they couldn't help but that made it plainly obvious that there is a way to have something done if I had an account with them... part of your "policy" should be to have people test it in the store... your replys to other 1 star reviews confirm that you talk down to people and even have some weird sense of pride for not offering some form of reimbursement/refund when selling faulty merchandise. I will never be back and I will tell others to go elsewhere.

Update: So now after your employee went on the computer and physically saw the time I purchased the broken device you are still going to come on here and question my even buying it at your store... you stay classy anonymous owner.
