New video lines are out of control. Express online is backed up for no reason I always order online because I want to come in pick up my stuff, pay and leave. I wish it only took 5 minutes like other dispensaries. But at this dispensary they can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 35 minutes. Sometimes the walk-in line moves faster than the online Express line. Which I don't understand and what is the purpose of Express if it's not express

This location has good product. But that means nothing if they do not follow there hours of operation. They are scheduled to close at 10pm. Today will be my second time driving up to this dispensary just to get turned away at 9:45. Not just me but 5 other groups of people were turned away at 9:45. You guys are leaving so much money on the table because the crew wants to be off early? Do better I am a big fan of this dispensary or change your hours of operations so customers are not wasting there time.

Had a pretty big order and was overall great. However, I Got a disposable pen and was unable to use it after 2 pulls, truly unacceptable. However, leaving a 5 star review anyway solely because of the immaculate service I received from Lyric! She was knowledgeable, patient, kind and accommodating. Absolutely STELLAR!!! Will only be returning for her and referring all my friends for HER!

Totally Disappointing! My visit to this dispensary was a nightmare! I was charged for 7 grams, but I received just 3.5 grams. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I feel completely cheated. I won’t be coming back here!

Horrible. Accidentally ordered a disposable. Didn't even pay for it. The manger said i couldn't return because they pulled it from stock( a shelf behind the employees)Even though I had not paid for it, the lady manager excuse was she would have to take the time out of her responsibilities to help and the she stated that it was policy. So. I inquired to see the policy. The manager was unable to provide it and said she didn't have it. This points to the fact that there is no policy. Nor on the website Being q manager includes great knowledge of customer service and how to properly accommodate them. Having to return a item to stock to just change it out does not require much effort. Customer service should be first and foremost. Unfortunately this manager is inexperienced, incompetent or just does not care which makes unqualified to be in her position. She has none. Then she said it was policy. I asked her to see the policy She said she didn't have one. So, there is none. Will never return because of your manager today. I will rewrite this every day until I get a real manager.

My first time there couldn’t have been made any better! I had the pleasure of meeting Henry, who was very knowledgable of the products and I was even awarded a 25% discount for becoming a new member! There were also deals on certain products available. Check them out!

So helpful! I walked in and was greeted with instructions on how it worked, cash only but there's an ATM inside. The staff was super helpful, when I asked about different products they provided a few recommendations and we got rocking and rolling. Highly recommend

Streamlined and smooth service. Order the products I liked online and went into the store to pick up 15 minutes later. Rossie was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was on my way. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back.

Always have a great experience at this place. Today I got Abel and he was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for when I asked. Had me in an out in like a minute with good deals.
