As a first-time visitor, I was thoroughly impressed by Frost Exotic. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through their extensive menu. I took advantage of the Friday special and purchased an ounce of Banana OG for only $105. The quality was exceptional, and the price was unbeatable. The dispensary itself was beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for top-notch service and products.

Came in like 30 minutes before close after picking up a truck and driving from Montana on my way to Oklahoma,. Guy who helped me(completely forgot) not only helped me but took us time and saved me a dollar. Strawberry Diesel was pretty damn good too.

This used to be my go to dispensary until I was banned and accused of stealing $25. I spun the wheel n won $25. I paid with $40, 2 twenty dollar bills and was given change back for $40. I asked the girl if I get the $25 and she said she had already given it to me. I told she didn't and I should have made her count her drawer in front of me. When I called Jackson the manager, he totally took her side and I am yet waiting for a call back to look at the camera footage and to take a peace officer to press charges against my accuser. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK ON THIS MATTER. DUTCHIE should have all the money tallied up from my transaction to prove my case. If her drawer was short $50, she tried to pull a fast one on your company and used me for her patsy... **RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY** Then why will you not show me to prove me wrong?? I know what i gave her and I know what she gave me. Just because I looked like a bum doesn't mean I am one‼️‼️ I would like to see the camera footage WITH A PEACE OFFICER or im gonna take you to court for defamation of character and an apology ‼️‼️‼️I dont want to shop at your store anymore, its not worth being called a liar and a thief. If I am wrong I will pay you back, BUT YOU NEED TO SHOW ME‼️‼️ I WORKED FOR THE INDUSTRY I KNOW HOW DUTCHIE WORKS AND THAT WOULD BE the subpoenaed in court if that's where we need to go with this. Jackson has my number i have been waiting for a call back and nothing...

I’d like to highlight the excellent customer service provided by Alison. She was informative & patient. She was so friendly and really knew her stuff. Her professionalism made my visit smooth and enjoyable I’ll definitely be coming back because of her great energy.

Terrible store with rude staff. Took over 30 minutes to buy one product because they didn’t know how to work their own system. I asked multiple times what the price of the item was after tax and was told an incorrect amount. I handed over my money and the manager came over and snatched the item out of my hands and demanded more money. That’s not how business works. You told me a price, took my money, and then changed the deal. After this terrible service, she had the gall to tell me “tell everyone how great we are” with a forced smile while not giving me the same offers she gave to all other customers. In a city with a thousand options, avoid this place like the plague. All the positive reviews are for past businesses at the same location. Absolutely shameful practices by this terrible store. Edit: You guys are pathetic making accusations instead of taking responsibility for your terrible service. Here is my receipt. Do better. Edit 2: Owner has since changed their abusive and accusatory response after I went into the store to confront them about the accusations. Absolutely trash behavior in a city with so many options.

This dispensary has a variety of products for excellent prices! They completely turned my entire mood and day around by providing superior customer service with quality products at a great price!! Greatly appreciated!!!

I'm constantly recommending this place to anyone who will listen. They carry big brands, but I've found their brand (on flower, concentrates, and rtg vapes) to be phenomenal. In these times, price matters and these people take pride in delivering high quality product at extremely affordable pricing. Frost had alright stuff, but was too expensive. This store has my heart, and I will be back *on the regular*. Thank you guys for being so dedicated to your store, product and customers! ❤️

Thos dispensary is super awesome. The staff is helpful, they don't act like they're ready for you to get out the door. They answered all the questions my 81 year old roommate had.......which are sometimes alot. We didn't feel rushed. Even the owner was there interacting with everyone telling us about why we could get his pricing! Super interesting too. If you get the chance definitely go. Prices are right and you get some freebies too!
