The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. I knew very little about CBD before walking in but the staff was extremely knowledgeable and so patient as they answered my many questions. I left feeling confident about the benefits of cbd and have really enjoyed the relief cream. I highly recommend it!! I will for sure be coming back.

In June 2023 I purchased a sleep aid that came packaged in thin straps. I opened it when I got home. The strip fell apart. I then noticed a year old expiration date on package that I hadn't noticed in store. Returned package the next day and was told All Sales Final. The sales person pointed to a thin strip of paper on back of cash register that read All Sales Final. Consumer Affairs states business policies must be conspicuously displayed. I left the store with no refund or exchange.

I mailed the package back to store addressed to Darak, the owner, with explanation of my dissatisfaction and loss. The Sales person told me it was received and that he would give it to Darak. I have waited nearly 4 months for a reply. My home address was on the envelope to receive a reply. Public postings aren't my thing. Would rather present a complaint directly to a business owner. I waited and waited for a reply, none came. So here's my complaint about what I consider a "slap in the face". 2 stars for the salesperson.
