The Oil Bar- Eastland Mall - Columbus, OH | Dispensario de cannabis

I place my orders on line, unfortunately there is no Oil bar location close to me. After experiencing some difficulty with the website, I was assisted today by Kiara Easton Mall. She was super pleasant and knowledgeable, both of which were very much appreciated. The excellent customer service I received today will definitely keep me returning to the Oil Bar for my fragrance and beauty needs.

VERY disappointed! Placed my order on Feb 23. Still have not received. I've called numerous times and can't leave a voicemail when directed. I spoke with two different employees who listened to my concerns and assured me management would me call me March1. It's March 3 and I've heard nothing. All I know is label was created Feb 28 for shipping but has not left facility yet. Needed it for a gift March 2nd. I should have listened to my gut and drove an hour to OIL PALACE in Indianapolis. Would have been nice to at least heard from management. Would give zero stars if I could due to poor customer service.
