not happy with this store. i made a purchase of one vitamin they had in stock, and went to pick it up after work but the store was closed so the employee could have lunch. instead of waiting the remaining 30 minutes of their lunch i went home. i patiently waited for a notification of my order being ready, and checked to find out that it was cancelled. i also got no notification that it was cancelled. i called and was told that the order never arrived. i feel that having my purchases just shipped to me would be easier, i don't like how i have to pay more for that. this isn't the first time i had to wait for the employee to return from lunch.

The service at this store has gotten worse over the past several years. Today it was intolerable. I went in, not a person there except for one male clerk talking to another male about football. The clerk made eye contact but did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. I went over and selected my favorite soy protein and brought it over to the check out counter. The clerk still talking, now about trucks, standing at the end of the check out counter looks right at me, with my two jars of whey protein on the counter. He does not ask if I'm ready to check out, just turns away and continues to gossip. After a minute or so I think I don't need this, and start to walk out. He just watches me walk out without saying a thing. What is this, is it just total incompetent and non-caring? Did he not think I needed service because I'm elderly? Or because I was wearing a US Air Force hat does he not like veterans? I'm have writen corporate. If I don't get an explanation and an apology, I'm considering filing an age discrimination complaint.
