Trulieve Jacksonville Dispensary

Trulieve is awesome! They have the best selection and prices. Jackie waited on me. She deserves a raise. Prompt, friendly and professional. Five stars!

i try to be patient but this place has absolutely no regard for people’s time. even if you have a pick up order, it doesn’t make a difference and you’re treated like you are just walking in. I understand waits but no other dispensary takes as long as this one, so this will be my last time visiting and I will be telling everyone to go elsewhere unless they fix their system. it’s as if i’m in a place filled with sloths moving as slowly as possible. they don’t care at all. after you check in it still takes forever. I went and moved my car due to not having anywhere to park (their parking lot is awful) and it still wasn’t ready. there are currently several people in the room just waiting. i’m not sure why they have such an abysmal system but it’s clearly not working but no efforts are made to make it better.

note: I had this same exact experience last time, but I don’t like leaving bad reviews so I just figured they were having a bad day so I waited once more. after this, I decided to leave one and I won’t be back. it’s so rude to just not respect anyone else’s time and there is no reason it should take so long, especially when no other dispensary has this issue.
