I have been on dialysis for 30 years. I take Ultra Human, Amino Code every day in the morning to start my day off and also during my workouts. It is a very clean product and safe for even me (no kidney function at all) and helps me keep my protein level up (albumin). Amino Code helps me with energy, endurance and muscle recovery! Easy to mix, fabulous taste and the customer service is outstanding always! I especially recommend this product to dialysis patients that struggle with keeping their protein levels up!
