Update!!! Just had a wonderful experience with Louis!!! He was very respectful, fun to talk to, had lots of knowledge about the products, and was patient in answering every question I had. As I said before, I'm new to this, and I honestly spent close to an hour there inquiring about different products, and not once did I feel like he was bothered by me. He genuinely seemed happy to help me and definitely helped me make the right choice in my purchase.
