Vape Shop:Vapor Boss – NOW OPEN

Listen to what people are saying. This company is awful! I cancelled an order that didn't ship after 10 days because I was staying at an AirBNB and was only there another few days, so I didn't think I would get them before I left. They said they would look into it.

5 days later they just shipped them anyway to an address I was no longer at (which I TOLD THEM REPEATEDLY), so I never got them. For the next 2 MONTHS they told me they were "talking to their managers" about my refund order"

Never received my vapes. Never received my refund. Never offered a credit. Never even an apology.

So I will NEVER order from them again. The WORST customer service!

Beyond fed up and will never use this company again. So sad because I actually had good experiences until April 30th, 2024, when I placed an online order like usual and I still haven't recieved any product. You're lucky If you can even reach anyone or get a response to your emails. I asked for a refund for the 2 orders I placed, and they are not complying, they just send me an email saying a new rep has taken over. They're scamming people. I had to file disputes with my bank because they refuse to give me my $200 back!
