Edit: I did end up receiving a call from the company this time so that is appreciated. I initially left a one star review 4 months ago due to a very poor experience with Rebecca. I walked in 4 minutes before closing and she gave me a difficult time. She complained and had a very unprofessional tone, choice of words, and snatched the ipad from my hand. I am not proud of walking in shortly before closing, but it did not warrant the disrespectful treatment she gave me. I have not been here since then but there was an item I needed today. However, today the staff was super awesome, from the front desk to the back. Kiefert has very positive energy that made me feel so welcomed. I do want to add the reason I did not make this 4 or 5 stars is because the business misled & neglected my customer service concern. They responded to my initial review telling me to email them - so I did, and they never responded. I still hope to avoid this place as I do not want to support an establishment that does not take poor treatment of customers seriously. But if I find myself needing to come here, I suppose it is fine as long as Rebecca is not here.

They always have such good deals here! I usually don’t buy too much but it’s always really nice to have options. Shawn was my budtender today and he was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Very helpful and I look forward to coming back!

They have a large and desired selection. The facility was very clean. Had a boutique feel to it without a heavy price tag in the products. Macy was our bud tender this evening and she was very informative and professional while sharing smiles and laughs with us. Overall one of the top better dispensaries I've been in over the years.

Most employees are very kind and helpful, but my last few trips have made me not interested in returning. The older lady with the glasses always brushes me off and tries to hurry me out, and the bald guy with glasses is always blaring music or watching shows on his phone at full volume when he’s not yelling at employees right in front of customers.

The staff at Zen Leaf in BG are sooooo knowledgeable and friendly! I absolutely love my interactions and experiences with them each time I visit. My sales associate Shawn (he/him) was particularly amazing today. I will definitely be coming back again!
