I sent this company an email a couple months back explaining how their lack of sales and competitive prices are not giving them a chance to succeed at certain locations. Instead of ignoring my email, the people in charge of this company took my advice and began having good sales a week after my email and for months up to this point. I am happy to know that this is a company that listens to the customers . Also, the on the rocks live rosin I bought from here the first time many months ago was dark and tasted awful . It was probably the worst live rosin I had in the program . But, this past weekend , I decided to give them another shot because the price was right with the sale , and terps were high on the wedding cake . I must say, coincidentally , this has been some of the best live rosin in the program. Hopefully you can work off that and consistently have a good product now !

Also, please make sure to refrigerate your live rosin concentrate and cartridges. Most of the other dispensaries in the area do so, and it's for a good reason . In live rosin products specifically , the terps break down at room temperature so the product loses potency overtime .
