I originally came in to purchase disposables and spoke with whom I believe was the owner the first time I came- very patient, great service, told him I would be back. I came back and he wasn’t there, name on receipt was Mathew with one t, he was extremely rude to the customer before me and myself. Was more interested in his food and his friend on the phone, I said thank you after purchasing- he disregarded me to continue his conversation on the phone.

Amazing store, staff super hospitable and great prices. I’m just visiting and have been to other shops. This one has the best price.

When you walk into the store is huge and pretty spacious. They have nice music playing and a great ambience. If you're hot and outside trust me they have all the drinks possible with six refrigerators nice and icy cold. They have basic things like California lotto, ATMs, incense and cigars but what you notice that's kind of different here is all the glassware it's super cool it goes from floor to ceiling. This store though seemingly empty has quite a fast flow. Personable employee he referred to his customers as "boss" that's pretty cool!

I walked into Encore Smoke & Vape shop today to ask if they sold Geek Bar Pulse's and a very nice guy named Johnny said yes we do. I was very impressed with the selection. The customer service was great. I will definitely come back again. # 1 in my book!!!

Didn’t know this smoke shop existed. Very well trained gentleman named Jonathan helped me with a couple recommendations. I also like that this place is well kept and very organized. I didn’t feel any pressure browsing at this smoke shop but Jonathan is ready answer any questions you may have he is also bilingual. I recommend this smoke shop to any locals or anyone in the area who expects quality.
