Came here looking for some fat doinks I could have with the bois. Got a 5 minute presentation of their cigar room and chose some that was recommended by the person working. They were thorough and emphasized how the specific ones we got would pair well with the bottled in Bond Kirk sig bourbon whisky. They were right. The rest of the night was heart to hearts on a rooftop and we have smoke zone to thank.

The manager sold me moldy tobacco and wouldn't refund or give me a new pouch. It's expensive pouches and I've been coming to this smoke shop for ten years.. kinda ridiculous. I won't be going here anymore there are plenty of smoke shops here and none of them would have dealt with it like this. I left the tobacco in his trashcan with no refund or even a new pouch... he offered me a pack but the filter and paper taste awful. Why can't you just replace the pouch I've easily spent over a thousand dollars here over ten years....I really like the other two employees as well. Just poor customer service on this one..
