Not the kind of owner to actually help you learn or understand anything unless it also helps potentially boost profits by advertising higher priced products. Owner ignores anything priced lower regardless of quality unless you specifically ask for it and don’t listen to him try and convince you to spend more on a worse quality product. I was given an awful battery recommendation. I haven’t struggled more with a battery than the most expensive one that was advertised to me in store. Good thing I’m not ever coming here again.

First and hopefully last review I ever make anywhere. I have been here multiple times the past year. The employees were nice, friendly, and overall provided great customer service. I bought a defective disposable for $50 that was practically a fire hazard (fired continually with no way to stop it) and tried to return/exchange it 1 1/2 days later. The man at the counter told me due to store policy (and as I learned later by looking into it myself is also a state policy) that they can’t do returns or refunds once you leave the store. I told him I completely understood and left with no issue. The problem I have is that the older employee at the counter while I was describing the problem I had to him, after every other word I said he just kept saying “Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.”. I understand that the people who work here probably have to deal with issues like this all the time and it gets exhausting and repetitive, or that people just have bad days, but that’s no way to treat a customer. It was rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. If he simply took the time to explain the policy to me I would’ve felt much better, but instead he treated me like an annoyance by repeatedly cutting me off and brushing me off as quickly as possible. He didn’t offer any sort of sympathy or explanation and instead rushed me out the door. And for that reason I’ll never be shopping here again.

Tonight is my first time coming to the dragons layer. First off, their prices are outrageous, I feel deeply I get better deals at a more reasonable place. HOWEVER, the dragons layers doesn’t disappoint. Their prerolls are legit, I see myself coming to purchase more but sadly, that would be all. Good place, alright customer service, would go back for the prerolls.

I absolutely love this place, it’s my favorite shop in town! The Ladies and Gents that work there are all super down to earth and kind, what you’d want from your local smoke shop. I came in today to grab a new vape, and had the unfortunate experience of witnessing an irritable customer berating the staff on site. I just wanted to come and say, I think the employees handled the situation with grace and absolute kindness. Very apologetic as there seemed to be a misunderstanding, I overheard quite a bit of the conversation and it seemed the customer was unfamiliar with the return policies. When the man didn’t get what he wanted he acted like the boomer child he is, threw a temper tantrum, and then threatened to have his friends leave bad reviews if he didn’t get what he wanted. Insanely comical behavior. Anyway this is an appreciation review because these guys are always on it and handle every situation with kindness. I feel as if the situation today could’ve been much worse, but because they were so even tempered it was kept civil. Keep doing an awesome job!

Currently writing this review in my car after the man at the counter ignored me and helped folks who came in after me. I came in, waited around 5 minutes for the man at the counter to help me while he waited for the guy who had no idea what he wanted to finally decide. In this time, two other folks came in and instead of taking care of me and letting the first guy take a minute to look at flavors, he waited until the guy finally picked what he wanted. While I’m waiting in line, someone the man at the counter was familiar with came and started talking to the employee and got to order without the man even attending to me. I just walked out. I would so much rather spend my money somewhere folks are treated equally than at an overpriced shop that has the audacity to ask for tips when they’re already 30% pricier than any other shop. I don’t care how well you know a customer, have the common decency to help the folks that have been waiting first. Never coming here again.
