The lab has gone from a 2 week turnaround time to a 4-6 week turnaround time and all inquiries are either ignored or given a scripted "it'll be better soon" answer for 3 months and counting. ProVerde is not what they once were and I'm discovering that there are plenty of better, faster labs in the marketplace.

I used this company religiously for many years. Not the same place. CUstomer service has gone down hill. I had an issue and thought was getting it resolved with the owner Chris... then he just stopped talking to me, won't return calls or emails. Too bad... I will take my business elsewhere.

Ordering edibles and having them delivered to my place is a fairly new one on me. Someone near and dear to me ordered Veed Labs and had them sent to me. First thing I noticed was the barcode and a QR square on the back of the package, as well as a warning label to first time users. The cotton candy flavor tasted just like the real cotton candy found at carnivals, no bitter aftertaste. I have osteopenia, digestion issues, autoimmune complications, MS complications, anxiety issues, etc this particular product gave me 5 days of utter pain relief, looking forward to trying a bigger strength my son says is available...

Absolutely amazing company! Chris took care of all my needs, and pointed me in the right direction on a much better path, and this was over the weekend! Excellent customer service, very helpful and dedicated to customer satisfaction, even out side normal business hours he took the time to help me out. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of their services. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what ever services you need!
