I walked in to inquire about what zero vape pens they had it went pretty well at first. The cost for what I bought was 13.99. I gave the guy a $20 but he never told me my total after I handed him my $20 I looked over on the register and noticed it was $15.11 so I said I’ll pay with my card because I don’t want all of that change in my pocket while at work. Mind you he used a key to open the drawer. The cashier said sure but the manage said we can’t do that the transaction is already complete. So I said “I paid with cash why can’t you change it” he said “I don’t have to give you an explanation I can’t do it.” So I said ok well give me back my money and keep your product!! He said
“ there are no returns” mind you I have not received the product yet or left the store!! How can you tell someone you can’t return something you haven’t received yet or walked out the store with!! This manager was super unprofessional and he was yelling during this process!!
