Frank is a good guy but management has a lot to learn about customer service. I went in the shop earlier today and bought two bottles of juice. A 100ml pink burst and a 60ml from mad hatter, as soon as I got a chance I naturally went to refill my tank. I was shocked when the top came off and after 1 sec almost the entirety of my 100ml bottle lay all over the inside of my car, my pants, my mod and my car charger. I expected to go into the shop and get another bottle as a courtesy. The employee called the boss and he claimed the best he could do was 25 % off my next bottle.. Seriously?? I’ve been vaping for 5 years and anytime I’ve ever had a problem like this it’s always taken care of without question. If you would like to get treated like a valued customer I don’t think this is the place for you.. unfortunate too because I did like the shop until this experience, wow and now that i look at my change I was also shorted $4. Not the way to run business gentleman.

I went there today and received amazing service from Frankie! Such a great team player and was able to help resolve my issue with my Vape and he knew what the problem was right away! I came in sad and disappointed, I left a very happy and satisfied customer! Last week he helped me pick out my 1st Vape, so i can stop smoking cigs! This week I came in and was happy it was him again! Thanks so much Frankie!!! You sure know your Vapes.
