I made a purchase last Saturday 01/20/2024 opened the product on Sunday. The product was more than half gone, the box was soaked, and the lid was not screwed on properly. I promptly emailed the company, waiting till Tuesday to call. Was told I'd hear something via email by Wednesday or Friday. Well, Friday comes around, and I don't hear anything. I called again, being asked for my information, and told it'll be passed along to the manager. Now, as of today, Saturday the 27th, I've yet to hear anything. This is a horrible way to treat customers, let alone medical patients or veterans. I plan on calling when they open. I assure you I'll never give them my business again regardless of the situation being resolved or not. I'd rather drive a few hours to some where that cares about its customers

My sales experience was awesome! I've known my salesperson for a long time and he has always taken great care of me even before he worked here! It was my first experience at a dispo and he hit the recommended product right on the dot! Thanks Antonio! As always, a great experience!
