Nice people, but completely incompetent at basic functions of their job. They can't figure out medical, can't figure out basic scheduling, and don't have enough staff to even maintain basic service levels. Serious management problems here.

Edit: And then they reply to my review and outright lie about what happened...awesome gaslighting. What they failed to include in their reply is how they declined to give me an appointment when we DID call ahead, and when we were told to 'come back in an hour' and then pushed for that to be an appointment BECAUSE we were told originally we didn't need one, we were THEN told they had no openings until Friday...this is after calling ahead and being told they were wide open and able to help.

We were then told to go to their Bothell location, who's phone number goes straight to voicemail, so I guess no calling ahead there.

Furthermore, since they are going to try and gaslight me, this is the third or fourth awful experience we've had at this location. This isn't a one-off thing, something like this experience has occured every single time we have tried going to this place. So no, I won't be accepting a discount to take down my review. You've earned this.

These guys are the best, always so friendly and the prices are the best in town. Love yall!!! Thank you for being here 🤍🤍🤍
