The person was friendly enough that is not where my issue is..
I bought some ear candles from here hoping they would be like an other brand I buy but unfortunately they are not even close.
They only had paraffin candles and with that knowledge alone I should've just turned around and left. If any one is interested beeswax candles in my opinion work best.
These candles are rolled wrong and they Don't have the filter at the end. They did absolutely nothing it was a big waste of money and it's not like they are cheap.
Was hoping they were good so we could give our business to a small business and because I loved the original owner she was wonderful. Her products were great.
Will not purchase this item again!!!!
