If I could give a Zero I would.
I have been here on 2 separate occasions and experienced purchasing a flavored vape that had a manufacturing malfunction. After the first occasion I returned and advised Mason (man with beard of my first experience) where he never took a moment to express the return policy.
He just listened to my concerns and still proceeded to sell me a broken vape.
(On a Sunday)
I returned as soon as I can on a Wednesday night to advise the vape is now showing completely out of the flavor and dying at an excessive rate without being used.
Mason then advised me that the return policy states once you walk out you can only then get a discount on a new vape,
This policy is not visible in the window, on the counter top, on the receipt or anywhere in or outside of the store.
I asked for an email to contact the owner so She is aware of the issue and he refused to provide any further information other than her name Tony. Due to the lack of integrity this shop has shown I am leaving this review SOLELY because the business is aware of the faulty vapes and still continues to sell them without a Policy Visible so future new customers like myself understand to open and try while in store to avoid this error. Or they need a new manufacturer.
The vape is literally smoking itself I showed both men in store they agreed and still had no proper steps in place to resolve the issue.
I will also post a video to my Tiktok & IG followers. Terrible Customer Service, Policy and Integrity of policies sold in store.

Best vape shop I’ve been to. Great atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly. Wide selection to choose from. If you have any questions just ask Mason. He is a plethora of information on any product they carry in the store. Highly recommend!!!
