Once again!!!! Jeff is awesome perfect service no issues at all knows service the best way! Since my mom passed he has helped with reading explaining products and also helped me get through with convos to pass time Jeff is awesome!

Jeff was very nice and informing with his assistance today. He also made sure I had a battery for my cart and is nothing but helpful when you have questions about products!

I have had two incredible staff members help me: Larry and Percel. Larry always picks amazing products for me. He listens. He is so attentive. Percel makes great recommendations. He also pays attention to how the products will make me feel. These two are my faves!

Great place with wonderful staff! However, I am deeply disappointed that the Medical Patient line has been removed. It was a significant perk to be in and out quickly. We took the time and effort to go through the proper procedures with the state of Maryland to obtain our medical cards, and it feels unfair that this convenience has been taken away. I strongly believe there should be a designated counter specifically for medical patients. I hope this issue can be addressed soon.

I went into Bloom today and had a wonderful experience. Nevaeh was not only friendly and kind but she was knowledgeable and I left feeling confident in my purchase that she recommended for me. I also got the opportunity to meet the GM who was also very respectful, kind, and a great representation of the staff in this dispensary. Love the team here.

I’ve visited Bloom several times and this was the first time anyone has asked if I wanted to use my points! I thought it was strange that Larry asked for my cell number because no one else ever asked! But it turns out that he was looking up if I had any points on my account. He suggested that I use my points and for that I would like to thank him! It’s a great “win” when someone takes the time to save you some money!

just left bloom at 11am, was welcomed and greeted by Larry, he offered me promotions i didn’t know about and even helped me signed up as a member! Will definitely be back, larry had great customer service as well :)
