I won't be coming back. Very poor customer service. I put in an on-line order. After getting a text stating my order was ready for pickup, I arrived at the store only to learn that the items I ordered were no longer in stock. I don't understand why I wasn't informed of this prior to driving over to the store. The clerk had nothing to offer as a substitute, nor even a menu that I could look at to decide "what now?". I had to bring their website up on my phone to try to see what else was available. Very unprofessional. And to top it off, the items I initially ordered are still showing up on their website! If the item is not available, they shouldn't be advertising it! Not cool. I will not be returning to that sh_t show!!

I love this place. I’ve been to just about every dispensary in Boulder and this one has the best feel to it. I honestly feel like I’m part of the family. The budtenders are super knowledgeable and they have an amazing selection. I also think it’s a little less expensive than most places these days!
