They are extremely unwilling to help you if you make even one mistake and they will not let you return anything (even if you realize your mistake when you walk out of the door and walk right back in). I go to another place in Belmont NC that's seems much more understanding and knows me pretty well so I'll just stick with them.

I was in there last night 7/9/24 being helped by a very nice African American gentleman. I had chosen my vape and 1 juice and was looking for another flavor when a gentleman with tattoos on his face said “your spending to long and we have other customers” They had one other customer in there surely he could have helped that person. Needless to say my husband and I walked out.
