Avoid this place! Was looking for something close in the area, and decided to try this place out. Put aside the fact that the given address is incorrect and that you have to call to get proper directions to where it actually is; or that theres a lack of signage. Put aside that the vibes of this place feel extremely sketchy. While the customer service of the bud tender and head office lady was good and friendly, I’m extremely sketched out by the product I was given. I am more than familiar with the Jeeter mini five pack, I usually purchase them from cake house in Encinitas. Right off the bat it was sketchy, the jar was wrapped in a clear plastic wrap I’ve never seen used before. I open the jar and the keef is way too finely ground and unevenly rolled (which I’ve never seen happen to this product). The paper looks different and it very messily rolled. On top of that one of the rolls is ripped. There’s a sticker that’s been placed on the jar stating the batch number and packaging date, but when I lifted it to the actual jar packaging, it had a completely different batch number and package date. I look at earlier reviews and found one in which someone complained about a similar Jeeter product, the product is very clearly opened in the photo and the owner responded stating that a return or exchange could be made. So I decided to give them a call and ask if that was something I could do since there is clearly written proof that the owner said that was something they were happy to do for another customer. I call them up, explain the situation and mention that one of the rolls has even been damaged. The gentleman on the phone said they will not do exchanges and returns if the package is opened and that Jeeter does not package their products consistently the same. So which is it? Do you or do you not offer exchanges to customers with faulty packaging? I could never guess a big name regulated retailer would believe in non consistent packaging for their products.

The address is incorrect, I called and asked for the new address. They said they would send me the address, but never did. Another review said the address they provided was 2479 etc... This was at the provided address. Choose another business if you don't want to go for a disappointing drive.
