He is always friendly and knows his stuff for the most part. He not perfect, but as close as you can get to a great customer service rep. Thank you so much! This old lady don't wanna go anywhere else now. He know most products but I am old and have been vaping since 2006 when u had to order from Europe on Totally Wicked website because we didn't have shops here, he's not familiar with that old stuff but knows allot. So I'm happy
