Was sold a defective vape and wasn’t allowed to return. Against my better judgment went back a few months later and was shown one vape but then sold a different one. Again wasn’t able to return or get any sort of exchange. There are plenty of other head shops near by that do a little bit more due diligence. Don’t waste your time or cash here.

ZEROOOO stars. You couldn't PAY me to step foot back in there again. I had purchased a (overpriced, btw..)CBD product that was "off" -definitely NOT safe to consume-and was not only met with outright hostility when I inquired about their (nonexistant btw..) return/ exchange policy, but was dismissively told to "contact the manufacturer." Wow. It's not like this was my first purchase either, but did that matter? Um, no. Just beyond unpleasant. They have lost a VERY good customer; one that any other establishment(and there a LOT of them..)will be only TOO happy to aquire.
