ONLINE ORDERING IS A JOKE
Slow shipping, customer service doesn't answer when u r missing something from your order, small to no resolution.

The whole point of us ordering from this company was to alleviate going into my local vape store bc I went back to the old school juice.
This is about the 2nd time we've ordered from them AND WILL BE OUR LAST. the first time our order was missing juice, and it took me about a week to get a hold of the company, it was SEVERAL PHONE & CALLS SEVERAL EMAILS, They finally
answered me & reshipped the item, but it was like a month after we ordered it that they finally got it.

The second order was placed about 15 days ago, and it still shows the tracking sitting in Texas. I'm out of juice And nowhere locally has the juice I've been purchasing from them.

Now I'm on a mission for another place to order through.
I wanted to support them because they have the old school juice, and they're juice seems very clean, but I'm back to smoking cigarettes because, I have been with out a tank and juice now for a few days bc of this order (AND YES I PUT MY ORDER IN EARLY SO I WOULDN'T RUN OUT)
Not even going to bother trying to get a hold of customer service this time, bc The last time it took three phone calls AND seveal emails to finally get a resolution to send me out the juice I was missing in my order.

Stopped in at 12:15 on Saturday after driving across town to get here and the store isn’t open during operating hours. Love a waste of time!
