I have had a good experience with the staff each time I swing by. They're very friendly! I also appreciate that they carry different cigars than other stores, so they set themselves apart.

My family has been coming to this establishment for over 15 years. The owners are most kind and the employment staff are very helpful with the exception of one. My wife told me the other night that this gentleman made her feel belittled, embarrassed, and devalued because there was a problem with her debit card. So I went in tonight and I completely understand how she would get that idea. The new guy, Roland, has a very condescending attitude. His customer service skills reminded me of that'd 16 year old working the counter at any fastfood joint. Who gets a pass because it's their first job and do not know better. I think I may go down the way if I see him standing outside. Fyi 5 packs every 3 days adds up quick not to mention all the other goodies we get. Miss the younger girl who closed she always knew what I was wanting. Bring her back.
