Security guard was not doing her job well, so when I walked in to pick up my to-go order, I went straight to the pick up counter. From her guard stand she shouted at me to check in with her next time. She didn’t approach me respectfully at all. Didn’t even look me in my face when she gave the rude directions.

JOSHUA was super nice as I walked in the door. Then Marcus helped me figure out what to do for my 91-year-old mom who is in pain. And Christina who I spoke with on the phone was so helpful as well. She was kind, considerate and listened to my situation. This was a really pleasant and helpful experience.

Great dispensary and amazing staff. Just one observation: can we consistently have someone at the mobile orders pickup window? Most of the time, it takes a little longer for someone to come and service the mobile orders lane, which jeopardizes the “fast experience” of being in and out and ordering online. Thank you

Edit: decided I’d give them a call and see if they could help. They told me to come in and they were able to swap the unopened bag for something a little bit better. Still not happy about the trim but the customer service is great. I have to give them that. Moral of the story don’t buy the cheap stuff under any circumstances, an extra $5 gets you so much more bang for your buck. The store is nice and the staff is nice too but no way can they get away with selling mostly untrimmed flower. Over 20% of the bag was trim unbelievable. I couldn’t weigh it all the trim bc I consumed the product before I got back. Basically half of what I used was tossed bc it was just leaves.

Charles was awesome really was patient and make sure I got what I wanted within my budget. Hooked me Up with all the sales. Very professional, kind and easy to talk to. Patience is key when people come in and don't know exactly what they want and are on a budget. He really took his time to make sure to go the extra mile! Michael was friendly and informative. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave great recommendations. He didn't rush me at all and let me take the time to make my decisions. He made great small talk and I enjoyed talking to him. Overall, I can tell he's a great employee and deserves any and all praise!
