This was my second experience here. I decided to use cash for the 4% discount as advertised. The "discount" policy is misleading because no money was taken off. Anyone using cash needs to know that it isn't a discount - you're just saving yourself the 4% credit card processing fee. You pay the same retail price when using cash, which is not a discount by definition. I'm a business owner myself and found this confusing and deceptive. My advice for the owner - either actually take money off the retail price when customers use cash or get rid of the sign. It's a shame because my first visit was excellent.

The staff is amazing - so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to address your concerns and questions thoroughly, and they’re always ready with a helpful product recommendation. I’ve been a customer for years and every visit to the shop is a pleasure. Red helped me at my most recent visit earlier today - he actually recommended a non-CBD product for my anxiety and depression, and I’m already experiencing some much-needed relief.
