I have shopped here off and on since 2012. Most staff are very knowledgeable and very kind. There is an older lady who wears glasses that is often times very condescending in the way she has always responded to questions asked. I try to avoid her but the last time I was in she was the only staff working. I am not sure if it is HER who is the benefiting from the sales of Young Living oils or the owner. When I asked specifically for the NOW essential oils she always tries to direct me to the YL. This time was no different. I make homemade soap for my family and use the NOW EOs in my soap but use a line your store doesn't carry for therapeutic use. When I tried to explain what I use them for she said how the NOW is not as good of a product as the YL, rather rudely as well. As I left the store, without purchasing anything, she yelled that it's what SHE used for her family since it's the best. I don't know if she is the owner or relative of the owner but that is not a good practice. I know YL is a multi-level marketing company so the more YOU sell the more you make. This is not good business if you have staff discouraging shoppers away from products asked for. I will not shop in this store again.

This store is absolutely wonderful! The staff is very helpful. They will not sell you something if they don't honestly think it would help. I've been in many times, picked something up, and been redirected to something else that would be better for my need... even though it might cost less. The quality of the product here also sets this store apart. They are careful not to sell supplements that are just a bunch of fillers.
