0 Stars. After 20 emails back and forth about how their latest silver surfer model with upgraded ruby balls stem doesn't work I had to finally just let Amex handle these guys. I've sent Theresa videos and tried to make this aweful unit work. The "handsfree" attachment is a thin piece of plyable aluminum and it's a joke, it doesn't hold the tube straight, therefore air seepage...therefore all you get is lots of air in the unit or herbs. Doesn't heatup even after 10 minutes on full blast. Customer service said I wasn't willing to help them help me troubleshoot but they must have forgot all the video support I sent to them. They in turn told me to watch a video that would solve my problems...never attached video...so had to contact again. Video says to mess with the "handsfree attachement" which I did and refuse to fight with this handsfree piece of metal or with Elev8 or Theresa. They said they would refund only $200 of my $300, not acceptable. I had Amex return my money and fight these guys because they have taken up too much of my time already. If I get a reply saying this review is not for their wholesale division like I see in other Owner responses then know that the "wholesale division" is impossible to find online in google. Of course they said that in 20 years they haven't had a problem...right...Bottom line...Stay away

This place is amazing! I can’t tell you how many times I walked by here. But I’m glad I needed a vape and decided to give them a call. Mark was very helpful. Definitely a place worth visiting. They have a very large selection of pipes and “water pipes”. As well as all kinds of bags.
