i have been to this location about 5 times in the past month. great dispensary, in my personal opinion its probably the best in town due to prices and quality selection. ive even recommended a friend and he loves it as well. as for customer service; the wait can be a bit long but everytime ive been helped they have been extremely friendly and helpful. After reading other reviews id probably avoid jonathon and the sprinklers but other than that its a great experience.

Nar reserve is my regular go to but I recently started working in worthington and a coworker recommended Elevated because of their promotions. I gave them a shot because of selection and promotional pricing, but I have become a return customer because of Ariana. She is an absolute gem. Had an amazing experience with her my first visit and was lucky enough to get her again today. She's friendly, knowledgeable and has an amazing energy. Just an all around enjoyable interaction. 10/10 will be making this my regular spot.

Kai was amazing and his budtender skills are on point. Highly recommend this place not only for good deals, but kind staff. I have been a loyal patron for two years! Never once been treated badly! Additional note: Been reading about some customers with a bad experience with an employee named Jonathan. Something just to note…

I like the building and the location. I gave it three stars because I'm wondering if my product was tampered with. I've gotten good green brand from them several times and have noticed that the seal was broken as if someone opened the container.

Idk who Jonathan is or why people are writing terrible reviews about him but I’ve been going here for about 3 months now and have had nothing but a great experience. Every budtender has been knowledgeable and fun to speak with. Jonathan has never been a problem…whoever that is???? I’ve never come across him or spoke with him. I used to frequent The Botanist on Vine downtown and have since then switched to only coming here. I can’t recommend it enough. Much more personally tailored.

This is hands down my favorite dispensary! Every single employee I’ve had an interaction with has been exceptional! They’re friendly and knowledgeable, have great sales, and the convenient location is an added bonus. Thank you for being amazing!

Much like the other reviews, I can’t say enough great things about this place. I usually shop around at multiple dispensaries looking for the best deal, but I will almost exclusively be going here from now on. Went there for the first time today and immediately felt welcomed, respected and safe. The fella that checked me in and made my first patient profile was super nice and helpful and even engaged in some small talk which I usually am too anxious for. The security guard was really nice too. The best part of my experience was actually with the budtender (budsman?) Frank. Super super helpful. I had a half ounce in the cart and he asked curious questions and demonstrated the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. He was knowledgeable and patient when I chose to switch up my order for something he recommended. One thing he said stuck with me when I started to feel anxious about taking too long and altering my order. He said “no worries man, we’re here for you! Take your time”. Frank for president 2024, you guys rule!

I've been here twice and had a great experience each time! The employees are super friendly and it's quick in and out. The prices are better than other dispensaries in the area as well. Highly recommend Elevated Growth!

The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. The positive interactions I have had with the staff have made a significant impact on my overall experience. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to answer any questions I may have. Their expertise and genuine passion for what they do shine through in every interaction.

Wow! Our usually dispensary was bought out and the staff was replaced so we were looking out for a new spot and looks like we found it! It's very beautiful and clean and the staff are so friendly and so are the other customers funnily enough. Frank helped me out with a product that was out of stock and was so friendly and thorough I felt like I learned something new by the end of my visit. Will definitely go back and very much so hoping I got the name right! Would absolutely reccomend especially because so many dispensaries are struggling to keep up with recreational demand right now but this place was so efficient!
