Elixir CBD Shop

I just walked in here and left after planning to make several purchases due to baffling customer service. Kid working wouldn't take his eyes off the TV long enough to answer a question. I asked to see a product and he ignored me three times. Finally I asked him about a product after getting his attention and his response was "idk bro I don't buy it" I've never seen someone act so annoyed to handle a customer before and I'll never be back. The circus should take him back because customer service absolutely isn't his jam. The owners should be ashamed to have him running their store front.(edited) as you see the owner responded with nonsense. I was with my driver who also saw the interaction and said the same thing. I asked to see the flower several times and was ignored. He was smug and rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience. He did not offer me any other dab products I asked about one and his response was "I don't dab bro" he didn't offer to let me see the product or even attempt to help with the sale. The owner can skate around it all they want but I wasn't alone in the store and my driver noticed the same thing. Complete lack of knowledge and customer service. We come from a legal state and visit these shops regularly to gauge knowledge and product quality and this was one of the worse. I'd suggest Smoke Nation in Marion they recently opened and actually try to work with customers. I could care less weather he used the product or not just wanted some basic information or what other customers have Said about it but that was too much to ask for.

Some of these reviews are something else. For one, you can't offer an experience review on a product you don't use. What was the worker to do, lie to him just to make a sale? YOU should be somewhat knowledgeable on what you intend to purchase. And being upset that someone asked if you were ok?? Really? I think you may need to say out loud, "I am pissed off bc someone asked me if I was ok." Maybe hearing yourself say it out loud will help you understand how childish it sounds. And to dox her last name like that.....well that alone says a lot. Seems like it may possibly be a little bit personal.
My own experiences in this establishment have been everything. The staff always know what I want before I ever even ask. I lost my best friend and hadn't slept in 3 days, but Paola knew exactly what I needed. And I slept.... Paola, Nick, and Sam will always have my respect...and business.
