Great smoothie! I got a chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie with some boosts - so good and very filling! Will definitely go again and would recommend. It was about $10 for my smoothie.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Emerald City Smoothie that I feel compelled to share. My first visit was decent, and I enjoyed the smoothie I ordered, which led me to return for a second visit. However, this time the smoothie I received was extremely bitter and undrinkable.

I contacted Emerald City Smoothie about this issue, and they assured me that I could come by to get my smoothie replaced. Trusting their word, I made the drive down to the store, expecting a resolution. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the so-called manager not only refused to replace my smoothie but also called me a liar.

This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I felt deceived and disrespected by the staff. I won't be returning to Emerald City Smoothie, and I caution others to be wary of their customer service practices.
