Bud is exceptional.

Service is abysmal. Especially for medical patients.

I went in to pick up some flower on 11/29. I was not feeling super well which was known because I said it. Rob refused to see/hear this and progressively got louder as I tried to pick out my product. He still refused when I asked him to stop talking so I could pick something out so I turned and left the store to regroup. He did this in front of Mari who, though was helping another customer, did absolutely nothing about his rude behavior. When I returned to complete my purchase with her, another customer came in who said "I'm half asleep" when Rob asked and he proceeded to do the exact same thing (screaming) with that customer who was clearly not into it. As Mari helped me and saw this, she still did nothing.

And she did nothing the next time (12/03) when Alyssa helped me. I literally told Alyssa how grateful I was that she was there to help me right in front of Mari and Alyssa LAUGHED.

When I went in 12/05, Mari still did not apologize for anything. Rob came out to answer the phone and never said anything to me.

I went in on 12/09 and 12/11. Still no acknowledgment.

On 12/12, Mari attempted to explain away what happened as a "misunderstanding" and she didn't speak up in that moment because Rob is "naturally loud" which I don't agree with as I have had plenty of interactions with Rob where I wasn't bellowed at. Sounds like an excuse.

On 12/18, some interesting things happened. There seemed to be a code floating between Phoenix and Alina - "release the order." Now in most cases I would chalk this up to updates in procedures but it really did not feel that way. Especially when Alina ended up helping me - there was something extremely off about her. She told me she was "proud" of me for divorcing my husband and changing my name which is honestly super cringe. You do not know me. And I have never interacted with this person before so it seemed like a rather familiar comment to make to someone you met for the first time that day. If I didn't think these people were talking about me before, I would certainly think it now - but obviously all of these people are talking about me and it's not kind. Very interesting, indeed.

On 12/19, MORE interesting things happened. When I arrived neither Mari or Alex moved to greet or help me so I asked Alex if she was up for the challenge and her reply was "oh I don't help you" and then followed it up with "you made it very clear you don't want me to help you" and I responded, "yes thank you for reiterating that clearly for me. I appreciate it" it was then Mari decided it was time to help me get out of the store by weighing out my product. I patiently waited in the awkward silence while Mari fumbled with my order and I bid them both good day.

On 12/23, someone at Enchanted Botanical actually responded to my review! Very typical corporate containment response - and with the confirmation of not only video but audio as well (xmas came early)!! Though, I find their claims of calling me troubling as I do not have "multiple calls" from them. I have a record of a call from Mari on 12/5 where she left a message telling me I "can call her back." I also have a single missed call from Chris' 720 phone number on 12/12. I do hope there is some kind of backup for who you called and when as this will be important in discovery as I have no other missed calls or VM from anyone else related to your company.

What I would have expected is some kind of face to face contact so I know that there is someone within Enchanted Botanical who actually manages and cares about this dispensary, especially since your "manager" is unable to do so herself. And you should clearly know this after "reviewing video and audio footage."

BUT this doesn't seem likely as -

On 12/24, Mari informed me that they will "no longer be able to serve" me "until I respond to management/corporate" which is honestly a very, very interesting way to handle this. I personally think this was her call and NOT corporate but that is ok.

Another dispensary tender suggested this dispensary for a specific item. I was driving 🚗 realized it was ro late for that dispensary and saw Enchanted Botanicals. My experience was very comfortable for a seasoned introvert! Korey. helped me with quiet, knowledgeable confidence as well as another tender sharing suggestions. Beautiful flower that really eased my need with a small amount. Korey showed me other items and best days to come back. I highly recommend Enchanted Botanicals
