Refused to honor online promo, stated it was a "mistake." I had a receipt to show what I ordered and the prices. Not the consumer's fault when your website gets screwed up. Poor customer service.

EDIT POST FOLLOWUP: I spent half my life working in retail management. And one thing that does not change is that you honor an advertised price. It's no one's fault. But when I come in and am asked to pay more than triple the advertised price, that then falls back on you to remedy. "Sorry" is not a remedy, it is laziness and inaction. Your one star review stands on that principle alone, and if I could give you less, I most certainly would.

PS: Replying to your reviews condescendingly, as you've so eloquently done across every poorly rated review, is also perhaps not exactly the pinnacle of customer service. Maybe learn from your competitors across the highway.
