The employees at G.O.E. we're very friendly and courteous. When I arrived they filled my order quickly. I had put in an order for pickup, but I guess their policy is not to fill an order or notify you unless it's prepaid first. I don't know why they wouldn't notify you to pick up and pay on site.

The experience was great. Friendly and fast. Very professional. The flower that I got was on the dryer side. I'm sure they have better quality. I just went for budget friendly, so you get what you pay for. Nit bad. I highly recommend 👌 this location.

Rude rude rude. Bad experience with guard. Sale person was awesome and nice to me but the guard gave me crap about my receipt and what I was wearing. I will not be going back. Cookies Of Hayward alwase takes care of me with respect. I have never been treated like this in a dispensary.

You know I shop here a lot and there's plenty of other local options here in hayward that will not charge you card fees or let's say my most recent experience today where I was 50cents short of having cash and they didn't want to give me a discount for 50cents so I didn't have to use card, I dont mind using card but look this store charged me 12 dollars more from my card which includes a fee and give me cash back 9 dollars like all I had wa a this cash 50cents short you couldn't have been a good business and give a little discount, I run a business and I would gladly give the discount to satisfy my customer. Get right garden. Or get lost.

Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly and they were happy Chappies. No line or waiting, plenty of parking. Need more deals, and competition in the area. They sell their own products only. Bigger variety of some items would be good. Like for instance pain cream which is stronger than what's current available. Mask if you feel the need too.

The people are wonderful. It’s always very pleasant checking out. What’s not pleasant however, is comparing prices to a place 20 minutes away that offer the same product for 20% less after checking out. The environment and people are the best thing this place has going for it. But frankly, it’s enough. I’ll be back for sure.

Terrible delivery experience. I was told delivery should be about 1 hour or so. It's been 3 hours no update. They do not respond to the online chat and no one answers the phone. I guess I am just expected to wait with no time estimate. If I knew delivery would take this long I would of just went down and picked up the items I live 10 min away. The worst part is that they already charged my card and no one will answer to help with canceling order. Really unprofessional ran buisness. I will definitely not be shopping here again. Don't waste your time with this dispensary.
