Very knowledgeable about their products and what they do. They are knowledgeable about the amounts and how to make sure that you can maintain a good relationship with the products that you're buying. Very customer involved they want to make sure that what you buy is what you need and customize to your specifics. They have no problem answering questions without getting defensive and allow you to know their personal beliefs on products. Will be going back 100%!
