Hi, I usually love this box but recently I tried to buy some hemp flower from this machine and it didn't drop :( It charged my card and everything and I am unsure who to contact for a refund

I couldn't sleep so I wondered over to a kiosk in the middle of the night and low and behold the owner was there fixing the machine! He led me through the entire buying process and got me the product I needed to knock me out for the night. *EDIT* wow. Strong and good. Went to sleep immediately.
